基于心肺同治理论应用益气化痰活血方治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病气虚痰瘀互结证的临床观察

Clinical observation of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome treated with Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Formula based on the principal of simultaneous treatment of heart and lung

目的:基于心肺同治理论观察益气化痰活血方治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)合并冠心病(CHD)气虚痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的CPHD合并CHD患者60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上给予益气化痰活血方,对照组30例给予单纯西医综合治疗,7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组综合临床疗效、中医证候积分及实验室检查相关指标。结果:治疗组中医综合临床疗效、中医证候积分、血气分析、血流变、肺功能及心功能相关指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰活血方治疗CPHD合并CHD气虚痰瘀互结证疗效较好,作用肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Formula on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD)and coronary heart disease(CHD)of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Formula on the basis of comprehensive treatment of western medicine and the control group was given comprehensive treatment of western medicine.After 2 treatment courses(7 days as one course),the comprehensive therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine syndromes scores,laboratory inspection relevant indicators(blood gas analysis,hemorheology,lung function and heart function)were compared between two groups.Results:The comprehensive therapeutic effect,Chinese medicine syndromes scores,blood gas analysis,hemorheology,lung function and heart function of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Formula has good effect on CPHD and CHD of qi deficinency and phlegm stasis syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
