电动砭术缓解颈型颈椎病疼痛随机对照疗效观察

Randomized controlled effect observation of electric stone needle to relieve cervical spondylotic pain

目的:观察电动砭术治疗颈型颈椎病疼痛的临床疗效。方法:2018年9月至12月于北京中医药大学国医堂中医门诊部收集颈型颈椎病疼痛患者57例,随机分为试验组、对照组。试验组29例采用电动砭术——砭钻进行保健治疗,对照组28例采用砭石刮痧疗法。两组治疗部位相同,均为胆经风池至肩井、督脉风府至身柱、膀胱经天柱至肺俞,并做局部定点治疗,治疗前后对患者进行VAS、NDI评分。结果:两组患者治疗前后,自身对照VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.01),组间疼痛变化程度差异无统计学意义。NDI评分结果显示,试验组治愈率、显效率总和为82.8%,对照组为71.4%。结论:电动砭术与刮痧疗法对于颈型颈椎病疼痛症状效果显著,止痛效果无明显差异;在颈椎功能改善方面电动砭术效果稍优。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electric stone needle in the treatment of cervical spondylotic pain.Methods:A total of 57 patients with neck type were collected from September 2018 to December 2018 in Guoyitang Chinese Medicine Clinic,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the test group,29 people were treated with electric stone needle drill,and 28 people in the control group were treated with paraphrase scraping.The treatment sites of the two groups were the same,all of which were bile through the Fengchi(GB20)to the Jianjing(GB21),the Fengfu(GU16)to the Shenzhu(GU12),the Tianzhu(BL10)to Feishu(BL13),and local fixed-point treatment.Before and after the treatment,the patients were scored with VAS and NDI.Results:The VAS scores were statistically significant in two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance between the tissues before and after pain.NDI score showed that the total healing and apparent efficiency of the experimental group reached 82.8%,and the total healing and apparent efficiency of the control group was 71.4%.Conclusion:The effect of two therapys are remarkable in the treatment of cervical spondylotic pain,there is no significant difference between electric stone needle and scraping therapy.Electric stone needle is more effective in improving cervical spine function than scraping therapy.
