摘要
洪广祥教授提出了'气阳虚弱''痰瘀伏肺'和'外感风寒'的'三因学说'哮喘发病观,治法上提出全程温法治疗哮喘。文章以导致哮喘发病的'三因学说'为切入点,从温宣、温散、温通、温化、温补和温清等温法治则角度,对洪广祥教授全程温法治疗哮喘的理论基础和临床经验进行介绍。
Professor HONG Guang-xiang put forward the concept of‘three-cause theory’to explain the pathogeny of asthma,that was deficiency of qi and yang,phlegm and blood stagnation in lung and exogenous wind-cold,and proposed the whole-course warming therapy to treat asthma.Based on the‘three-cause theory’of asthma,this paper introduced the theoretical basis and clinical experience of whole-course warming therapy for asthma treatment from the aspects of Wenxuan,Wensan,Wentong,Wenhua,Wenbu and Wenqing.
