Analysis on the clinical operating procedures of ZHU Mian-sheng’s space-time acupuncture

时空针灸是朱勉生教授在继承古代4种按时取穴方法和吸纳欧洲医学文化理念的基础上总结出来的一种新针法,其要旨是将时间穴位和空间穴位组合运用,通过构建沟通内外的气场,从而获得调动人体自愈功能的场效应。'场效应'学说是时空针灸的理论核心。而临床操作规程是时空针灸获得场效应的关键因素之一,也是时空针灸有别于其它针刺方法的特色之一。文章从时空针灸针刺前的准备、针刺顺序、留针及出针方法、针刺时配合呼吸补泻等方面进行系统阐述,旨在阐明时空针灸临床操作规程的主要内容及其特点,从深层阐释朱勉生教授时空针灸临床操作规程的科学内涵及对古代'用针之道,谨在调气'理论的阐释。

The space-time acupuncture is a new acupuncture method created by professor ZHU Mian-sheng on the basis of inheriting four ancients timely acupoints selection methods and absorbing the European medical culture.The purpose of spacetime acupuncture is to combine time acupoints and space acupoints to construct a air field to communicate inside and outside,thereby obtaining field effect of mobilizing human self-healing function.The field effect theory is the core theory of space-time acupuncture.The clinical operating procedures is one of the key factors for space-time acupuncture to obtain field effect,and it is also one of the characteristics that differ space-time acupuncture from other acupuncture method of the space-time acupuncture.In this paper,we aimed at illustrating the main content and characteristics of the space-time acupuncture clinical operating procedure from the aspects of preparation before acupuncture,acupuncture order,method of retention and removing of needle,and reinforcing-reducing method by respiration.Besides,the scientific connotation of spcae-time acupuncture clinical operating procedures and ancient theory of essence of acupuncture is adjusting qi were also explained.
