癌毒病机理论与“固本清源”理论辨析

Analyses on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin and ’consolidating body resistance and clearing the source’ theory

癌毒病机理论与'固本清源'理论均是现代中医肿瘤的创新理论,是目前中医肿瘤界中具有代表性的学说。既往关于两种理论的单独研究较多,却鲜见对二者的比较阐述,文章从对中医肿瘤病机认识、辨证认识、临证治则治法认识3个方面对两种理论进行比较,以探讨二者的联系和异同,对于进一步推广癌毒病机理论、'固本清源'理论以及指导临床实践具有重要意义。

Pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin and‘consolidating body resistance and clearing the source’theory is both innovative theories of modern TCM oncology,and they are representative theories in the field of TCM oncology.Although many separate studies about the two theories have been carried out in the past,the comparative explanations are rarely.This paper compares the two theories from the following three aspects as understanding of pathogenesis of tumor,syndrome differentiation and therapeutic principle and therapeutic method,in order to explore the correlations and differences between the two theories.It has an important significance in further promoting pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin and‘consolidating body resistance and clearing the source’theory and providing a reference for clinical practice.
