畲族骨伤科方药应用规律和特点分析

Brief analysis of the application law and characteristics of orthopedics clinical prescriptions of She medicine

目的:总结畲族医药中关于骨伤科方药应用的规律和特点。方法:对《中国畲族医药学》《畲族医药学》中骨伤科方药进行统计。运用SPSS 21.0导入数据将高频用药进行聚类分析。结果:书中共收录了197条骨伤科用方,其中内服方有137条,外用方60条。内服方总共涵括311味药物,用药总频次达729次。外用方总共涵括82味药物,用药总频次达121次。畲族骨伤科主要治疗疾病有骨折、筋伤、关节痛、腰痛和骨髓炎。用药主要以活血化瘀类、祛风除湿类和清热解毒类为主。畲医治疗骨伤科还有其独特的十二时辰辨证理论。结论:畲族医药中关于骨伤科疾病的治疗范围较广,并具有其自身特色的理论体系和治疗方法。但目前关于畲族医药的研究仍较少,值得进一步研究和探索。

Objective:To summarize the application law and characteristics of orthopedics clinical prescriptions of She medicine.Methods:To statistics the Chinese prescriptions of orthopedics in Chinese She Medicine and She Medicine.Cluster method was used to analyze the high frequency herbs by SPSS 21.0.Result:A total of 197 prescriptions for orthopedics are found in the book.In these prescriptions,there are 137 persral prescriptions and 60 external prescriptions.The persral prescriptions include 311 herbs.The total herbs using frequency is 729 times.The external prescriptions include 82 herbs.The total herbs frequency is 121 times.The main orthopedics diseases of She medicine including fracture,soft tissue injury,arthralgia,lower back pain and osteomyelitis.The main herbs’effect is promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,expelling wind and removing dampness,clearing away heat and toxic material.In She medicine,there exist a dialectical theory about twelve ancient time units to treat orthopedics diseases.Conclusion:The treating ways of orthopedics diseases in She medicine are various.It has own characteristic theory system and treating methods.But there is less research about She medicine at present,and it is worth intensive study.
