超声监测下结筋病灶点注射治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-monitored injection of tendon lesions in treating periarthritis of shoulder

目的:观察结筋病灶点穴位注射的临床疗效。方法:将86例肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各组43例,治疗组在肩峰、天髎次等结筋病灶点进行筋结点注射治疗,对照组在肩髃、臑俞等穴进行注射治疗,通过VAS指标、CMS评分以及超声影像对两组的疗效进行评价。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率90.70%高于对照组86.05%(P<0.05);两组的VAS评分均有下降,CMS总评分均有所提高,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。超声评价结果显示,治疗后治疗组肌肉组织平均厚度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结筋病灶点注射治疗肩周炎在改善疾病疼痛、提高肩部功能及关节活动度方面具有显著疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of tendon lesions.Methods:Eighty-six patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,43 cases in each one.The treatment group was treated by intravenous injection of tendons at the lesions of Jianfeng and Tianliao and the control group was treated by intravenous injection at Jianyu,Naoshu and other points.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated by VAS index,CMS score and ultrasound image.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.70%,higher than that of the control group 86.05%(P<0.05);the VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and the CMS scores were improved,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Ultrasound evaluation results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by intravenous injection of tendons under ultrasound monitoring has significant effect in improving pain,shoulder function and joint mobility.
