摘要
对航空火箭弹射座椅机加黄铜类、引伸黄铜类抛放弹的基体材料、外形结构进行了对比分析;着重介绍了机加黄铜类具有延期功能的抛放弹冷、热加工、装配、包装工艺技术难点,并对制造验收全过程工艺流程、检测试验方法及注意事项等进行了总结提炼,在工艺技术设计及应用过程中取得了一定的技术积累,对于该类抛放弹保质批量稳定生产具有较高的促进作用,对于其他类型抛放弹的生产制造具有良好的借鉴、推广应用意义。
