永康市湿地资源现状及保护对策

Wetland Resource Status Quo and Protection Countermeasures in Yongkang City

通过调查永康市湿地资源现状,全面了解湿地分布类型和生态特征,从湿地污染和富营养化现象严重,湿地盲目开发和改造,湿地保护的宣传教育滞后,管理体制不完善几方面,分析了湿地保护管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了完善相关法律法规,加强宣传,加大监测和监管力度,加大资金投入,建立生态效益补偿机制的保护对策。

Through investigating wetland resources in Yongkang City, the distribution types and ecological characteristics were studied. Existing problems in wetland protection and management process were analyzed including serious pollution and eutrophication, blind development and transformation, lagged publicity and education of wetland protection, imperfect management system, several countermeasures were proposed, such as perfecting relevant laws and regulations, strengthening propaganda, intensifying monitoring and supervision, increasing capital investment, establishing ecological benefit compensation mechanism.
