Preparation and Application of the Fore Limb Venipuncture Mould of Dog

静脉穿刺技术是一项临床兽医必须掌握的最基本技能,要熟练掌握此项操作要通过大量实践训练。为了提高操作技能,同时减轻在实验动物实训中给动物造成的痛苦,提高动物福利,制作了犬前肢臂头静脉穿刺模具,使用效果良好,能够满足兽医专业学生临床实训和动物医院犬静脉穿刺临床练习的需求。对犬前肢臂头静脉穿刺模具的制作方法及临床应用进行了阐述。

It is an essential skill for a veterinarian to know well in venipuncture, which requires veterinary practitioners to master it deftly by a number of practices. In order to improve the operating skill and to decrease harms to dogs in experiment animal training and improve animal＇ s welfare, a mould was established for fore limb venipuncture of dog. Result showed that the effect was good after clinic application. And the mould met the needs of students＇ clinical training and practice of veinpuncture in animal hospital. We also elaborated the preparation and application of fore limb venipuncture mould of dog.
