摘要 针对电磁泵注入式施药装备设计了基于AT89S52单片机的控制系统,通过电压转化电路、电压频率采样电路、光耦隔离电路和变频输出电路来实现对直流电磁泵输入电压的控制,实现单位时间内电磁泵流量的控制,达到不同混药比的目的。同时,扩展了人工按键控制电路部分,构成一套完整的注入式施药控制系统。实验结果表明,该套控制系统能够较好地保持与基频同频,变频控制的误差整体小于1.22%,系统工作稳定,调节频率准确。 A control system based on the AT89S52 single chip microcomputer was designed for electromagnetic pump rejection spraying equipment. In the system, the voltage conversion circuit, voltage frequency sampling circuit, optical coupling isolation circuit and voltage frequency conversion output circuit were integrated to achieve the DC electromagnetic pump input voltage control per unit time and the further flow control for different pesticide mixing ratios. Meanwhile, the manual buttons were expanded for some other spare functions to constitute a complete injection control system. Experimental results showed that the system could maintain the same frequency of the base voltage frequency, and overall errors of frequency conversion were less than 1.22%, which verified the stability and accuracy of the system.
