摘要
基于锻造工业决策的复杂性和工厂激烈的竞争现状,迫切需要提出一种新的机制来实现各个层级之间信息流的协作和优化。本文分析了具备集成化决策机制的信息系统的实施难点,针对标准化和信息在不同层级之间的流通,结合当前锻造工厂的生产需求提出了一种基于ANSI/ISA95标准模型搭建的工厂模型,包括层次模型、功能数据流模型和对象模型,提高了信息的互通性、协作性、重复利用性,优化了工厂的系统全局决策,为数字化锻造工厂集成化部署提供了基础框架。
For the complexity of decision in forging industry and the fierce competition in factories,a new mechanism was urgently needed to coordinate and optimize the information flow among all levels. Implementation difficulties of information system with integrated decision mechanism were analyzed. For standardization and information flow between different levels and combining practical production requirement of forging factories,a factory model based on standard ANSI / ISA95 was presented including hierarchy model,functional data flow model and object model. The information interoperability,collaboration and reusability were improved and the overall decision mechanism was optimized by the the above models,which provided a basic framework for integrated digital forging factory.
