摘要
为了提高长纤维增强热塑性复合材料制做零部件的工艺先进性和操作实用性,研究了一种短流程LFT-D模压成形工艺和相应成套设备,揭示了坯料在挤出设备内的熔溶过程在输送机与机械手处的保温输送过程以及模压成形过程中树脂喂料速度、纤维含量、螺杆转速、模口开口调整及坯料切断时间等工艺参数对制品的影响,同时介绍了螺杆机、输送机和液压机的结构和性能参数。该工艺自动化程度高,生产周期短,节能环保,调整工艺参数可以满足不同产品需求。通过对某些零部件的试生产验证可知,本工艺生产线运行稳定,各操作单元协调连贯,可保证生产线的高效连续化自动化生产。
In order to improve technology and operation for long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites,a process of LFT-D molding and the corresponding equipment were researched,and it was revealed influences of process parameters such as the resin feeding speed,the fiber content,screw speed,die opening adjustment and billet cutting time on the products in the melting process of the billet in the extrusion equipment,the thermal insulation transfer process of the conveyor and the mechanical hand and the molding process. Meanwhile,it was introduced that the structure and performance parameters of screw machine,conveyor and hydraulic press respectively. Therefore,the process was of high automation,short production cycle,energy saving and environment protection,and could meet needs of different products by adjusting parameters. Through trial production on some parts,it is proved that the production line is stable,and the operation units are sustained and coordinated. Thus,it can ensure a production line with high efficiency continuity and automation.
