基于Solidworks Simulation的铝合金棒料夹爪分析与改进 被引量:3

Analysis and improvement on clamping jaw for aluminum alloy bar based on Solidworks Simulation

摘要 在某铝合金锻造生产线中,机械手放置铝合金棒料到指定位置时,棒料存在定位不准的问题,初步观察确认是由于夹爪变形而引起的。为了进一步分析,采用Solidworks建立了夹爪的三维模型,并通过Solidworks Simulation建立了夹爪有限元模型,进行静力学分析。通过有限元分析结果,找出了夹爪的变形位置及变形产生的原因。针对夹爪变形原因,对夹爪结构做出了相应的改进,并再次对改进后的夹爪用Solidworks Simulation进行分析,初步验证了结构改进的合理性。最后参照对模型的改进方法,对夹爪实物进行结构改进,通过实际的试验效果,最终确认改进是合理有效的。 A problem has been found in an aluminum alloy forging production line that when the machine hand places an aluminum alloy bar to a specified position,the position of the bar is not accurate. After a preliminary observation,the cause was confirmed as the deformation of the clamping jaw. In order to analyze further,a 3D model of the clamping jaw was established by Solidworks,and its finite element model was established by Solidworks Simulation. Therefore,a static analysis was carried out. Based on the finite element analysis results,the deformation positions and causes were found out,and the clamping jaw's structure was improved. Furthermore,the improved clamping jaw was analyzed by the Solidworks Simulation again,and the rationality of structure improvement was verified preliminarily. Finally,taking the improving method on the model as a reference,the clamping jaw's structure was improved actually. Through the actual test results,it is confirmed that the improvement is reasonable and effective
