尿中钴和钨的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定

Determination of trace cobalt and tungsten in human urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立作业工人尿中钴和钨的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法。方法经1%硝酸稀释20倍后的尿样直接进入电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP—MS)中检测,标准曲线定量。结果在0.05~10.00ng/ml范围内钻和钨的线性相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收试验表明尿中两种元素的回收率在90%~97%之间;钴元素批内精密度为3.2%~5.1%,钨元素批内精密度为2.2%~4.1%。连续3d的钴元素批间精密度为4.4%~5.2%,钨元素批间精密度为3.7%-4.5%。结论使用ICP-MS测定尿中钴和钨具有快速准确的特点,各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.5—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第5部分:生物材料中化学物质测定方法》要求。 Objective To establish a method to determine cobalt and tungsten in human urine by ICP- MS. Methods Both Co and W were linear within 0.05-10.00 ng/ml with r〉0.999. Spike experiment showed that both Co and W received good recovery rate, which were 90%-97%. Intra-assay precisions were 3.2% -5.1% for Co and 2.2%-4.1% for W, inter-assay precisions were 4.4%-5.2% for Co and 3.7%-4.5% for W.Results Conclusion The method by using ICP-MS to determine urine Co and W was fast, accurate and with low matrix effect. It could meet the requirement in GBZ/T 210.5-2008.
