萘中毒的监测与诊治 被引量:2

摘要 萘,双环芳香烃,常温下为白色晶体,具有芳香气味,不溶于水,溶于甲醇、乙醇、苯等有机溶剂。萘是用于制造塑化剂、杀虫剂、合成革、活性剂以及除臭剂等的重要原料。长期以来,人们认为萘是一种低毒性的芳香烃,国内外针对萘毒性的实验研究及流行病学调查较少。2000年,美国国家毒理学规划处(NTP)发布研究证实,长期萘接触可导致大鼠发生肿瘤,但对人的致癌作用尚缺乏流行病学依据。
