摘要
在高等教育国际竞争中,法国培养社会精英的"大学校"受其强调专业性和注重实用性所限也开始探索迈向世界一流大学的改革之路。以培养政治科学精英人才为主的巴黎行政学院通过转变办学理念、改革学校内部结构、拓宽经费来源、重视科研、融入大学与机构共同体和明确发展规划等方式,冲破发展困境积极创新,逐步建成独具专业特色的国际一流研究型大学。但该校在机构定位、经费利用、科教关系以及保持学校精英特性等方面存在的现实问题也进一步考验着其治理能力。
As French Elite Schools fostering social elites, Grandes 6 coles begins to reform for becoming first-class universities in the context of world competitions of higher education. By resetting the goals, reforming the internal structures, broadening the sources of funding, emphasizing research activities, integrating into the USPC and clearing its development plan, Sciences Po Paris gradually builds up as an international research university with its professional characteristics. Some merits have been achieved, but here also comes the problems of governance, such as ambiguity of organizational orientation,inefficiency in using funds, as well as how to deal with the relationship between teaching and research and to preserve its elite property,which will test the governance ability of Sciences Po Paris.
