Analysis of OECD Education Development-monitoring Framework

基础教育监测是当今世界教育的热点问题,OECD完整的教育监测体系为世界各国教育提供了框架性指导。本文通过介绍OECD教育发展监测框架,分析了INES联合监测、LSO数据驱动平台、CIPP指标体系和GPS可视化系统,阐述了监测体系各部分的功能和特点。在此基础上,总结了OECD教育监测体系在中国的适用性,以期对我国基础教育监测有所助益。

Monitoring of basic education is a hot issue in present world education. As a global authority organization, OECD provides a complete education monitoring system as guidance frame to the countries worldwide. By analyzing the OECD education development monitoring framework, this article introduces INES Union monitoring, LSO data-driven platform, CIPP in system and GPS visualization system, elaborates monitoring system functions and features of each part. It also sums up the applicability of OECD monitoring system in China in order to improve the monitoring mechanism of elementary education.
