摘要
能源革命战略是新常态下指导我国能源发展的顶层设计和长期战略。江西如何在能源革命和经济发展新常态背景下,找准能源发展定位和方向,显得尤为迫切和重要。通过对江西能源消费以煤为主的现状及困局分析,提出必须加快制定和调整能源发展战略,以能源革命重塑江西能源发展新格局。
The strategy of energy revolution is the top level design and long term strategy for guiding the development of China＇s energy. It is particularly urgent and important for Jiangxi to identify the orientation and direction of energy development, under the energy revolution and China＇s new normal. Jiangxi is to accelerate its reconstruction of Energy strategy to reshape the new pattern of energy development, through the analysis of the current situation and the predicament of the coal based on energy consumption in Jiangxi.
