燃煤电站高温再热蒸汽管道动态和地震分析研究

摘要 以某660 MW燃煤电站高温再热蒸汽管道为例,利用CAESAR II应力分析软件对其进行了动态和地震态应力计算分析。为最大程度降低偶然荷载对整个管系和设备带来的冲击,在整个管线中增设了一些阻尼支吊架,增加了整个管系和设备抵抗偶然荷载的性能,保证了燃煤电站的安全运行。同时根据应力计算分析过程的特点,提出了动态工况和地震态工况之间的相互影响关系,为后续工程设计提供参考。 Dynamic and seismic analysis on the hot reheat pipe of 660 MW unit in a coal fired power plant have been calculated by CAESAR II stress analysis software. To reduce the impact of occasional loads on the whole piping and equipments furthest, some dampers are set on the pipe so that the performance of resistance to occasional loads of the whole piping and equipments increases to a great extent and the safety operation of the coal fired power plant would be ensured.Meanwhile, in line accordance with the characteristic of the course of stress calculation, the mutual impacts between dynamic condition and seismic condition are indicated, which would be for reference for later projects.
