摘要
应用全自动固相萃取仪富集水源水中20种半挥发性有机物。选用C18固相萃取柱富集,控制样品p H值≤2,加入适量氯化钠增加离子强度,选用二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂并优化固相萃取条件,用气相色谱质谱仪进行定性定量分析。结果表明,线性范围为0.5~5.0 mg/L,检出限在0.01~5.7μg/L范围内,相关系数〉0.996,加标回收率在28.5%~148.3%范围内,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.6%~12.5%。有效地实现了大体积水样下20种半挥发有机物的全自动萃取过程,拥有良好回收率和稳定性。
Application of automatic solid phase extraction apparatus water enrichment of 20 kinds of semi volatile organic compounds in water. Choose enrichment of C18 solid phase extraction column. Control sample p H 2 or less. Adding suitable amount of sodium chloride increasing ionic strength. Selects the methylene chloride and ethyl acetate as eluent and optimize the solid phase extraction conditions. Using gas chromatography mass spectrometry for qualitative quantitative analysis. The results show that: the linear range is 0.5-5.0 mg/L, detection limit within 0.01-5.7 mu g/L, the correlation coefficient 0.996,standard addition recovery rate in the range of 28.5%-148.3%, the relative standard deviation(n = 6) were 0.6%-12.5%,effectively implement the mass water samples under automatic extraction process of 20 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds. The method has good recovery and stability.
