摘要
对哈汽公司设计的600 MW汽轮机在顺序阀运行方式下#1轴承的瓦温偏高问题进行分析,认为这主要与调阀在顺序阀运行方式下的阀序有关,而在改变顺序阀运行方式下的阀序后,可使蒸汽对轴承的作用力均匀分布,使得#1瓦均匀承担载荷,有效的降低#1轴承的瓦温。
In the design of 600 MW steam turbine, sequence valve mode #1 bearing high temperature is analyzed, the mainly reason is the valve sequence as sequence valve operation mode, and after change the valve sequence as sequence valve operation mode, can make steam to the bearing force uniform distribution, the #1 even bear the load, and effectively reduce the #1 bearing temperature.
