摘要
移动电子商务的发展伴随着大量知识产权风险的产生,主要表现为知识产权的监管风险、侵权研判风险和法律规范风险。虽然目前我国对上述风险已有不同程度的防范与约束,但效果仍然不够明显。采用知识产权风险综合监管模式,完善侵权风险研判体系,健全多元的风险防范法律规范,是完善我国移动电子商务领域知识产权风险防范体系的有效举措。
The development of mobile electronic commerce is accompanied with great intellectual property risks; mainly include regulatory risk, infringement determination risk and laws and regulations generated risk. Although our country has taken measures to guard against these risks, the effect is not satisfying. In order to control these risks effectively, it is recommended to adopt comprehensive supervision for intellectual property risk, improve infringement determination system and develop diversifi ed laws and regulations for preventing the risks.
