高速铁路车站安全管理的系统动力学仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了准确有效地提升高速铁路(以下称高铁)车站安全管理工作水平,从安全效益角度,运用系统动力学(SD)相关理论,构建高铁车站安全管理系统因果关系图和流图模型。将高铁车站安全管理总系统分为员工行为、技术设备设施、日常环境和安全管理等4个子系统,并分别提取子系统的安全影响因素,研究如何协调各个因素的投入比例,以达到安全效益最优。利用Vensim_PLE仿真软件,结合S高铁车站相关数据进行模拟仿真。结果表明,不能主观均等投入,应根据车站实际安全管理情况和仿真结果制定最优的安全管理投入方案。 In order to improve high-speed railway station safety management level effectively and accurately,a causality diagram and a flow diagram of high-speed railway station safety management system were built by using the theory of SD from the perspective of safety benefit.The high-speed railway station safety management system was divided into four subsystems relating to respectively employee behavior, technical equipment and facilities, daily environmental and safety management, then factors affecting subsytems, safety were extracted. And how to coordinate the various factors in the safety management in order to achieve the optimal safety benefit in high-speed railway station was researched. And data on high-speed railway station S were used in simulation by the software of Vensim_PLE.The results show that in order to complete the best and fastest development of the high-speed railway station safety benefit, requires the optimal safety management investment scheme developed according to the actual safety management of the station and simulation results,and that it is unwise to input equally.
