煤矿安全氛围的溢出效应研究

Research on spillover effects of coal mine safety atmosphere

为研究煤矿安全氛围溢出效应,采用文献研究和主成分分析方法,辨识煤矿安全氛围,将其划分为8个因素24项测量指标;辨识煤矿安全氛围溢出效应,主要包含3种方式12项测量指标;对分属于安徽和山西的4个煤矿中的220位矿工展开问卷调查,以安全氛围包含的8个因素为内在潜变量,以溢出效应包含的3种外溢方式为外在潜变量,从矿工工作、生活整合视角,构建煤矿安全氛围溢出效应结构方程模型(SEM),剖析煤矿安全氛围各要素对矿工生活影响的外溢路径,挖掘煤矿安全氛围外溢效应中各要素作用机理。结果表明,安全氛围不仅影响矿工工作能力和安全水平,而且显著影响矿工的生活行为、技能和价值观。

In order to research spillover effects of a coal mine safety climate, through the literature research and the principal component analysis, 8 factors forming it and 24 indicafors for characterizing it were identified. 3 spillover effects were identified with their 12 measuring indicators. 220 miners in 4 coal mines in Anhui and Shanxi Provinces were inveatigated by means of questionaires. An SEM was built for the spillover effects with the 8 factors as the inner latent variables, and the 3 effects as the external latent variables. The results show that the safety atmosphere not only influences the miners＇ working ability and the level of safety, but also influences significantly the miners＇ life behavior, skills, and values.
