急性喘息儿童感染HBoV的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研究急性喘息儿童人博卡病毒(HBoV)感染的临床特征。方法对219例因急性喘息就诊的患儿采用实时荧光定量PCR法对鼻咽部抽吸物(NPA)进行博卡病毒(HBoV)检测,阳性病例采用实时荧光定量PCR对其DNA载量进行测定,并结合其临床特征进行综合分析。结果 HboV感染患儿22例,总阳性率为10.05%,平均检出年龄为1岁7月,未见明显季节性及性别差异。HBoV感染重症喘息患儿(7.9×108拷贝/ml)与非重症喘息患儿(3.4×10~8拷贝/ml)HBoV的病毒载量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),HBoV协同感染(4.5×10~8拷贝/ml)与独立感染(2.7×10~8拷贝/ml)患儿病毒载量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论博卡病毒是小儿急性喘息性疾患的重要病原体,常年均可检出,HBoV可能不是小儿急性喘息的唯一致病因素。
