金融发展对劳动者工资扭曲的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Financial Development on the Distorting Effect of Workers' Wages

分析1999-2007年间中国省区信贷资金市场化指数和中国工业企业数据,结果表明,劳动力市场的扭曲现象虽然普遍存在于各省区,但更佳的金融发展环境能显著地抑制工资扭曲。而且,对于那些经常面临信贷歧视的非国有企业而言,金融发展对工资扭曲的抑制作用更大。因此,为企业发展创造良好的融资环境、实现借贷资金市场化,是促进劳动者工资回归边际生产力的重要举措。

This paper analyses the credit capital market indexes of China's various provinces and regions and China's industrial enterprise data in the 1999- 2007 period. The results show that although distortions of the labor market were prevalent in the provinces and regions,better financial development environment could significantly inhibit the wage distortion. Moreover,to the non-state- owned enterprises which were often faced with credit discrimination,financial development played a greater role in inhibiting wage distortion. Therefore,creating a favorable financing environment for the development of enterprises and achieving the marketization of loan funds are important measures to promote the return of workers' wages to marginal productivity.
