摘要
光纤传感及解调是近年来迅速发展起来的新型计量测试技术之一,而波长参考器件是基于F-P原理解调仪表中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分,在解调数据的差值计算中起着标准的作用。本文主要介绍了基于负热膨胀材料钨酸锆制作光纤光栅热稳定性波长参考器件的特性,介绍负热膨胀材料波长参考器件的工作原理,针对温度变化需求对其在整套仪表中的应用进行了实验分析。
Fiber grating technique has gained more and more applications in various fields with its rapid development. The wavelength reference is a very important part of fiber interrogator based on F-P,and it is a result of the standard in the interpolation. This paper mainly focuses on the characteristic and elements of the steady wavelength reference based on negative thermal expansion material Zr W2O8. Experimental analysis is done on its application in complete sets of instruments on account of the need of temperature changes.
