1500~2300℃高温热电偶校准中关键影响因素分析及试验

摘要 介绍了高温热电偶校准炉原理及其结构,对校准过程中钨管膨胀和石英窗口等关键影响因素进行了研究,并通过B偶、PtRh40-PtRh20、Ir40Rh-Ir、钨铼等高温热电偶进行了试验验证。实验结果表明高温热电偶校准炉重复性良好,可用于1500~2300℃氧化和还原气氛下各种高温热电偶的校准。 This paper introduces the principle and structure of a high temperature thermocouple calibration furnace,and studies on the key influencing factors such as tungsten tube expansion and quartz window. The results of the experiments by B,PtRh40-PtRh20,Ir40Rh-Ir,and tungsten-rhenium thermocouple in high temperature range show that the high temperature thermocouple calibration furnace has a good reproducibility. It can be used to calibrate all kinds of high temperature thermocouples within the range of 1500 ~ 2300 ℃ at oxidizing or reducing atmosphere.
