摘要
目的构建适用于青少年固定矫正畸形(简称正畸)患者的科学、客观、实用、可操作的口腔健康自我管理能力评价指标。方法 2015年1-6月,以知信行理论为基础,采用文献回顾法、理论研究、结合临床实际,初步形成青少年固定正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力的评价指标。采用Delphi法对来自口腔医疗、护理领域的22名专家进行2轮问卷函询,并确定各级指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷的专家积极性系数分别为91.7%和100%;专家权威系数均在0.8以上;构建形成的评价指标包含4个一级指标、19个二级指标和64个三级指标,其权重也被确定。结论 Delphi法构建形成的青少年固定正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力评价指标可为下一步的自我管理能力评价量表开发奠定基础。
Objective To construct scientific,objective,practical and operational evaluation indexes for evaluation of the self-management ability on oral health of adolescent receiving fixed orthodontics.Methods Based on the knowledgeattitude-practice theory,literature reviewing,theoretical research,and clinical evaluation were adopted in establishing the indicators.After two rounds of consultation with the 22 medical or nursing experts with Delphi method,the weight of indicators was determined.Results The positive coefficient of experts of the two-round Delphi methods was 91.7%and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficient of experts were greater than 0.8.The evaluation indexes included four first-grade indicators,nineteen second-grade indicators and sixty-four third-grade indicators,the weight of indicators were also determined.Conclusions The evaluation indexes for evaluating the self-management ability on oral health of adolescent receiving fixed orthodontics constructed based on Delphi method can provide basis for further development of self-management ability scale.
