中文版慢性中耳炎评估量表的信度、效度研究

Study of the Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Chronic Otitis Media Outcome Test

目的引进并汉化慢性中耳炎评估量表（chronic otitis media outcome test,COMOT）,分析其信度和效度。方法2015年3-9月,采用Brislin翻译模式汉化COMOT,经专家组评定、文化调试和预实验,形成中文版COMOT,选取95例慢性中耳炎（chronic otitis media,COM）患者进行调查,分析量表的信度、效度。结果各条目得分与量表总分均相关（r=0.422-0.744,均P〈0.01）;量表总的内容效度指数为0.926;结构效度较好,因子分析共提取3个公因子,能解释总方差的64.552%;校标关联效度r=0.583（P〈0.01）;量表总的Cronbachα系数为0.874,重测信度为0.906。结论中文版COMOT具有良好的信度和效度,适用于中国COM患者。

Objective To explore reliability and validity of Chinese version of Chronic Otitis Media Outcome Test（COMOT）.Methods The English version of COMOT was translated into Chinese according to Brislin translation model,and the Chinese version of COMOT was identified.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of COMOT was tested on a sample of 95 patients with COM.Through experts consultation,adjustment according to cultural characteristic and pre-test.Results The scores of each item were correlated with total score（r=0.422-0.744,all P〈0.01）.The content validity index was 0.926.Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis which could explain 64.552% of total variance.The criterion validity was 0.583（P〈0.01）.The Cronbachαwas 0.874 and the retest reliability was 0.906.Conclusions Chinese version of COMOT has a good reliability and validity,and it is suitable to measure quality of life in patients with COM in China.
