eIF3a的生物学功能及其对肿瘤化疗的影响

摘要 真核生物翻译起始因子3a(eukaryotic initiation factor 3a,e IF3a)不仅在翻译起始阶段起着重要的调控作用,还影响着细胞周期以及细胞的分化。研究发现e IF3a在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,它不仅对肿瘤的发生发展起着重要的调控作用,还可以影响化疗的疗效以及在化疗过程中产生的副反应。本文对e IF3a的结构,功能以及它对肿瘤化疗的影响进行综述。为研究e IF3a作为一种新型的生物标记物奠定基础。 Eukaryotic initiation factor 3a (eIF3a) not only plays an important role in the process of translation, but also has influenee on the cell cyele and cell differentiation. It has been found that eIF3a is highly expressed in tumor tissues and tumor cell lines, and it plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of tumor. eIF3a not only affects the effieieney of chemothera- py, but also mediates the side effects in cancer chemotherapy. This review will summarize the struc- ture, function and the influence on chemotherapy of eIF3a, thus provide the theoretical basis for further studies on its role as a new biomarker.
