摘要
目的:定量分析葛根芩连汤对小肠推进率的配伍规律。方法:运用正交设计方法,用墨汁为显色剂,小鼠小肠推进率为指标(n=80),对其不同配伍进行正交模拟法分析。结果:正常小鼠小肠推进率的基线为73.4%;葛根芩连汤不同配伍降低小肠推进率最优组合是黄连+葛根+炙甘草,理论最大效应达到61.4%(58.7%~64.1%);给药剂量15.21 mL/kg,各组分在复方中的量效关系,黄连最为明显(P<0.01)、葛根和炙甘草较弱,黄芩未呈现;组分间并无明显的相互作用。结论:以降低小肠推进率为主要指标,葛根芩连汤最优组方为黄连、葛根和炙甘草合用,未呈现协同和/或拮抗作用。
AIM: To quantitatively analyze combinations of Gegenqinlian Decoction( GQD),consisting of Pueraria lobata( wild) ohwi( A),Coptis chinensis franch( B),Scutellaria baicalen-sis Georgi( C) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch( D),on small intestine movement in mice. METHODS:Propelling rate of the small intestine was selected as the index by color ink in 80 mice given the combina-tions of GQD( 15. 21 mL / kg),and the orthogonal design was used to assign experimental groups of the combinations. Quantitative analysis was performed by the orthogonal simulation method. RESULTS:The different combinations of components in GQD reduced propelling rate of the small intestine in mice significantly. The best combination reached 61. 4%( 58. 7%- 64. 1%) by component A,component B and component D,and the contribution to combined effect of each component ranks B〉 A 〉D〉 C. Nointeractions were found among the four components in GOD. CONCLUSION: GQD can reduce movement of the small intestine in mice,and the optimal combination is component A,component B and component D with interaction among them.
