高校主要学生干部胜任力公文筐测验的实证研究

An Empirical Study of In-basket Test of Competency of The Main Student Cadres from University

针对高校主要学生干部的岗位特征,编制了两套公文筐测验,分别用以院团委学生会和班级主要学生干部的选拔和考核,并进行相关的信效度分析,以丰富高校学生干部胜任特征评价思想,提高人事决策水平。

This paper aimming at the job characteristics of the main student cadres from university, compiled two sets of In-basket Test, in order to select and assess the main student cadres from Youth corps committee and The student union of college and class respectively, with related reliability and validity analysis, to enrich evaluation of ideas of college student cadre competence characteristics, and improve the level of personnel decisions.
