天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压50例

Tianma Gouteng Yin in Treatment of 50 Hypertension Patients with Yang Hyperactivity and Yin Deficiency

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮对阴虚阳亢型高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选择黄石市中心医院2012年9月—2014年12月收治的阴虚阳亢型高血压100例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组采用口服氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮。观察比较治疗前后两组血压,血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALDO)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、一氧化氮(NO)等指标的变化,并比较两组症状积分、生活质量、疗效及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血压明显降低(P<0.05),血浆AngⅡ、ALDO及血清PCⅢ、NO水平恢复更为满意(P<0.05),症状积分明显减少(P<0.05),生活质量总改善率、总有效率明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论在氨氯地平的基础上加用天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量及临床症状,减少不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin on hypertension patients with Yang hyperactivity and Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 100 hypertension patients with Yang hyperactivity and Yin deficiency during September 2012 and December 2014 were divided to observation group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50） according to therapeutic methods.The control group was treated with Amlodipine orally,while the observation group was added with Tianma Gouteng Yin based on the control group treatment.The changes of indexes such as blood pressure,plasma renin angiotensin II（ ANG II）,aldosterone（ Al DO） and serum precollagen type III（ PC Ⅲ） and nitric oxide（ NO） were observed and compared before and after the treatment,and the symptom score,life quality,curative effect and adverse reaction were also compared in the two groups.Results Compared with those in control group,after the treatment in the observation group,the level of blood pressure was significantly decreased（ P〈0.05）,and levels of plasma Ang II,Al DO and serum PC III and NO recovery were more satisfactory（ P〈0.05）,and symptom score was significantly reduced（ P〈0.05）,the total improvement rate of life quality and total effective rate were significantly improved（ P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.No significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion Amlodipine combined with Tianma Gouteng Yin in treatment of hypertension patients with Yang hyperactivity and Yin deficiency can achieve obvious curative effect,improve life quality and clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
