摘要
目的 :描述上海市三级甲等医院(以下简称"三甲医院")新进护士的人力资源配置现状。方法 :采用横断面调查法对上海市35所三甲医院1 235名新护士的实践现况进行调查。结果 :上海市新进护士上一班次平均服务时间为(9.38±3.178)h,服务人数至少为9人以上。不同大科类护士在八大板块的实践频率均数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且护士的实践是以操作为主体的普适化护理过程。结论 :新护士的实践负荷较重。建议要加强护理人力资源的合理配置,重视新护士专科素养及疾病咨询能力,提升护理人力资源中质的配置。
Objective:To describe the state of human resource allocation of new registered nurses in shanghai. Methods:Totally 1 235 new registered nurses from 35 hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by convenience sampling method. Results:New registered nurses were responsible for nine clients on their last work day at least and working at an average of(9.38±3.178)hours in last shift. There is no significant difference of nursing practice among eight sections (P〉0.05). Nursing practice focused on operating general nursing progress. Conclusion:Practice workload of new registered nurses is heavy. It is suggested to strengthen the rational allocation of nursing human resources,emphasize new disease nurse specialist and advisory capacities,and enhance the quality of nursing human resource configurations.
