摘要
本研究测定了精神分裂症和情感性精神病患者治疗前血ADA活性,结果与正常人比较无显著差异。经抗精神病药或抗抑郁药治疗后,精神分裂症患者,主要是衰退型患者,血ADA活性与治疗前相比明显降低,而双相和非核心型抑郁症患者的血ADA活性则比治疗前明显升高。这些变化可能同药物引起的T淋巴细胞的功能改变有关。

After the patients were cured with the antipsychotics or antidepressants, the ADA activities of schizophrenics were much lower than those of untreated ones, especially the involutional type (P<0.05). After the depressive patients were treated with tricyclic antidepressants, ADA activities of bipolar and nonuclear depressive patients were much higher than those of untreated depressive cases (p<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). The changes of ADA activity in the schizophrenic and depressive patients may be related to the changes of T-cell function caused by the medicines.
