摘要
随着城市路网结构逐步完善,越来越多的区域路网进行单行交通组织形成微循环系统。目前传统的单向交通研究集中于基础理论研究,缺乏环境效益评价。以苏州市龙湖地块路网为例,采用交通仿真软件Q-Paramics进行高峰小时车载排放仿真,定量评价采用单向交通组织措施前后的机动车污染物瞬间排放率及排放总量。研究结论表明:采用单向交通组织措施后,地块路网机动车污染物的瞬态排放率及排放总量有所减少。
With the gradual improvement of urban road network structure, more and more regional road networks are formed from the one-way traffic organization into the microcirculation system. At present, the study of conventional one-way traffic is fastened on the theory of foundation and lacks of the environmental benefit evaluation. Taking the road network of Longhu Section in Suzhou as an example, the article introduces the vehicle emission simulation of peak hour by the use of traffic simulation software Q-Paramics, and quantitatively evaluates the transient emission rates and total discharges of pollutant from motored vehicles before and after the implementation of one-way traffic organization measures. The study result shows that the transient emission rate and total discharge of pollutant from motored vehicles in the road network after the implementation of one-way traffic organization measures are reduced.
