摘要
作为一种先进的辅助手段,地理信息系统(GIS)技术以其强大的处理空间地理信息功能在道路交通安全管理系统中发挥着重要的作用。运用Map Info软件将所鉴别出的黑龙江省高等级公路事故多发点落实到电子地图上,对各事故多发点的事故次数、成因以及相应的安全改善对策等信息进行管理,以实现事故多发点信息的数字化和可视化。
As an advanced auxiliary means, the geographic information system(GIS) technology plays the important role in the traffic safety management system of road by its powerful treatment space geographic information function. The black spots in the high-grade highways of Heilongjiang Province identified by the software of Map Info are committed on the electronic map. The information of accident times, causes and relative safety improving countermeasures for various black spots are managed to realize the information digitization and visualization of black spots.
