Summarization on Construction of Urban Intelligent Transportation System at Home and Abroad

自上世纪九十年代起,城市智能交通系统(ITS)作为一个整体课题出现在城市管理者的桌面上,经过近二十多年的发展,城市智能交通系统已经是国内外城市交通基础建设的必要组成部分。然而,这只是从无到有的第一步,当前国门内外,甚至国内不同地区的城市智能交通建设标准、方式,要求都完全不同。对此,现通过收集各方资料,试图描绘出这二十多年来国门内外智能交通系统建设的成果经验,以便在此从无到有的基础上。

Since the 1990 s, the urban intelligent transportation system(ITS) as a whole subject appears on the desktop of city managers. After nearly 20 years of development, the urban intelligent transportation system has become the necessary component of urban transportation infrastructure construction at home and abroad. However, the construction standards, methods and requirements for the construction of urban intelligent transportation system are different at home and abroad. Therefore, according to the collected materials, the article tries to describe the results and experience in the construction of ITS at home and abroad for more than 20 years. On this basis, a development way of excellent ITS can be continuously found out.
