摘要
依托某高速公路改扩建工程,将土工格栅应用到该拓宽工程路基中,为研究土工格栅的加固机理,对土工格栅铺设的层位、位置、宽度和类型四个因素开展现场试验,研究土工格栅在不同情况下加筋处理的效果。结果表明:桩顶垫层土工格栅拉伸力大;路基填土越高加筋效应越好;2 m宽土工格栅中部拉伸力较4 m宽和6 m宽都大;钢塑格栅较塑料格栅拉伸率小而拉伸力大。试验结果可为路基拼接设计施工提供参考和指导。
Relying on an expressway reconstruction and extension project, the article introduces the application of the geogrid in the subgrade of this extension project. In order to study the reinforcement mechanism of geogrid, the field test is carried out to study four factors of laying layer, position, width and type of geogrid, and to study the reinforcing treatment effect of geogrid under the different conditions. The result shows that the tensile strength of geogrid at cushion layer of pile top is great, the higher is subgrade filling, the better is reinforcing effect, the tensile strength at the middle of 2-m wide geogrid is greater than the 4-m wide and 6-m wide, and the stretch rate of steel-plastic grid is smaller and the tensile strength is greater than the plastic grid. The test result can be referred for the design and construction of subgrade splicing.
