摘要 基坑工程的内支撑通常采用钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构和木结构。相比于钢筋混凝土支撑,钢支撑的材料强度高,可循环利用,建筑垃圾少,更加符合绿色环保的设计理念。然而,在深、大基坑中,钢支撑的间距需布置较密以满足强度条件和稳定性要求,这给土方开挖(尤其垂直运输)带来了很大困难。将型钢支撑拼接为一格构式整体构件,是一种代表性的处理方式。基于现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003),研究大跨度基坑中装配式型钢内支撑的稳定性设计,给出整体稳定性、单肢稳定性的分析方法,形成供科研、设计参考的计算流程。 The inner support of foundation pit engineering is commonly the steel reinforced concrete structure, steel structure and wood structure. Compared with the steel reinforced concrete support, thematerial of steel support is with the high strength and can be recycled with less construction waste, which more satisfy the design idea of green environment protection. However, it is required to arrange the more close spacing of steel support in the deep and big foundation pits in order to satisfy the strength and stability requirements, which will bring the great difficulty to earthwork excavation(especially vertical transport). The steel section support spliced into an integral latticed component is a representative treatment mode. Based on the current Steel Structure Design Specification(GB 50017-2003), the article studies the stability design of assembled steel inner support in the big foundation pits, and gives the analysis method of integrated stability and single unit stability, which can be referred for the calculation flow of scientific research and design.
