通过描述设备维修中心在技能人才培养方面存在的问题以及以中心的维修钳工为例列举采用三步走的模式打造一只技能员工队伍的整个过程,为其他设备维修企业的员工培训、人才培养等提供借鉴。
Through describing the problems in the skill personnel training aspects in the equipment maintenance center, taking the maintenance fitter for example, the article adopts three steps model to make a skilled team, which provides reference for the staff training and personnel training of other equipment maintenance enterprises.
