摘要 目的为深入研究黄腊果(Stauntonia brachyanthera Hand.-Mazz.)叶的化学成分,对该植物的全面开发奠定基础。方法综合利用各种色谱方法和波谱学技术进行研究。结果从黄蜡果叶体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别为1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3R,4E,8E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-4,8-octadecadiene-1,3-diol(1)、1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3S,4R,9Z)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxydocosanoylamino]-9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(2)、二十八烷醇(octacosanol,3)、(6S,9S)-长寿花苷(corchoionoside C,4)、西米杜鹃醇(simiarenol,5)、白桦酸(betulinic acid,6)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,7)、3-羟基-2-甲基-4-吡喃酮(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone,8)和肌醇(myo-inositol,9)。结论化合物1~5为首次从野木瓜属植物中分离得到,化合物6为首次从黄腊果植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Stauntonia brachyanthera.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by employing silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS column chromatography. Their structures were confirmed on spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were obtained from the alcohol extract of the leaves of Stauntonia brachyanthera. Their structures were elucidated as 1-O-( β-D-glucopyranosyl)-( 2S,3R,4E,8E)-2-[( 2R)-2-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-4,8-octadecadiene-1,3-diol( 1),1-O-( β-D-glucopyranosyl)-( 2S,3S,4R,9Z)-2-[( 2R)-2-hydroxydocosanoylamino]-9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol( 2),octacosanol( 3),corchoionoside C( 4),simiarenol( 5),betulinic acid( 6),lupeol( 7),3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone( 8),and myo-inositol( 9).Conclusions Among them,compounds 1- 5 are isolated from the genus of Stauntonia firstly,and compound6 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
