几丁质酶的研究进展

Recent advances in research on chitinase

目的介绍近年来几丁质酶的研究进展,为几丁质酶及其降解产物的进一步研究奠定基础。方法通过系统的文献调研,以近年来20余篇国内外相关文献为依据,进行归纳总结。结果总结了几丁质酶的性质、分类、结构、调控机制及应用。结论研究几丁质酶对于医药、农业及化工等领域具有重要意义,具有广阔的市场开发价值。

Objective To reviewthe recent progress in the research work on chitinase to provide a useful reference for the further studies on chitinase and its degradation products. Methods The literatures were given based on related publications. Results The basic properties,classification,structure,catalytic / regulatory mechanism and application of chitinase were summarized. Conclusions Research work on chitinase for medicine,agriculture,chemical industry and other fields is of great significance and which has a broad prospect for its further development and utilization.
