布拉氏酵母菌预防儿童抗生素相关性腹泻临床研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究布拉氏酵母菌(亿活)在预防儿童抗生素相关性腹泻(ADD)中的应用效果。方法将2012年3月至2015年8月间在我院进行抗生素治疗的120例支气管炎和肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据是否使用布拉氏酵母菌随机分成观察组与对照组,比较两组ADD的发生率、ADD的治疗效果、腹泻持续时间以及治疗的总疗程。结果观察组与对照组患儿ADD的发生率分别为21.67%和38.33%,观察组的发生率显著的低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组和对照组ADD患儿治疗后的总有效率依次为92.31%和60.87%,观察组明显的高于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组ADD患儿大便次数、腹泻的持续时间以及总疗程也显著的少于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌显著的降低了ADD的发生率,提高了ADD治疗效果,并缩短腹泻持续时间以及总疗程,是一种值得临床推广的预防和治疗ADD的手段。 Objective To study the application of saccharomyces boulardii on prevention of child antibiotic-associated diarrhea.Methods Between March 2012 and August2015,120 children with Bronchitis and pneumonia were chosen as research object.Depending on whether the use of Saccharomyces boulardii,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The total incidence of ADD medications,treatment of ADD,as well as the duration of diarrhea treatment for two groups were observed.Results The incidence of pneumonia and bronchitis in children with ADD for the observation group and the control group were 21.67% and 38.33%,respectively.The incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that the control group.The difference was significant(P〈0.05).The total efficiency of treatment of children with ADD for the observation group and the control group were 92.31% and 60.87%.Those of observation group was higher than that of the control.The difference was significant(P〈0.05).Stool frequency,duration of diarrhea,and total treatment for children with ADD in observation group were significantly less than that of the control group.T he differences were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii can significantly reduce the incidence of ADHD,improve the therapeutic effect of ADD and shorten the duration of diarrhea and the total course of treatment.
