妊娠前空腹血糖体重指数对妊娠期糖尿病的预测价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨妊娠前空腹血糖(FPG)、体重指数(B M I)对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)的预测临床价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在我院进行生育前检查且查后4个月受孕的80例妇女检测资料进行研究,将妊娠期糖尿病患者划分为实验组(29例),其他51例非妊娠期糖尿病对象为比照组。统计不同组别孕妇的妊娠前空腹血糖、体重指数等数据,分析两组妊娠前空腹血糖、体重指数与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。结果实验组的孕前空腹血糖、体重指数均高于比照组(P<0.05)。实验组的孕23-27周OGTT的FPG、1h和2h血糖均较对照组的高,多元Logistic回归分析显示,孕前4个月内FPG、BMI与GDM的发生密切相关(P<0.05),随着孕前FPG和BMI的增加,孕后患GDM的概率升高。结论妊娠前对空腹血糖、体重的检查对预测孕后糖尿病发病情况诊断具有一定的指导价值。 Objective To investigate predictive effect of fasting plasma glucose before pregnancy and body mass index on pro-pregnancy women for gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 pregnant women were selected from January2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for examination before birth and after the four-month investigation.They were and divided into experimental group(29cases)and control group(51cases)according to the occurrence of GDM.Fasting plasma glucose before pregnancy and body mass index and other data of pregnant women were recorded,and the correlation between fasting plasma glucose before pregnancy,body mass index and gestational diabetes were analyzed.Results The fasting plasma glucose before pregnancy and body mass index of experimental group were higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).The OGTT of FPG,1and 2hglucose of 23-27 weeks pregnant of experimental group were higher than the control group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy occurred within closely correlation to four months FPG,BMI and of GDM(P〈0.05),FPG and BMI before pregnancy increases and the probability of pregnancy troubles GDM increased.Conclusion Fasting plasma glucose before pregnancy and body mass index on propregnancy women have certain guiding value on prediction of the diagnosis of diabetes.
