摘要
目的观察参与式培训对乳腺癌患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取乳腺癌患者80例,按照入院顺序将患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用传统的健康教育模式,观察组在此基础上采用参与式培训模式。采用自我护理能力测定量表和生活质量量表评价、比较两组患者自我护理能力和生活质量情况。结果干预后,自我护理能力测评量表评分观察组(114.7±13.4)分,对照组(84.2±10.6)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量量表各维度评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参与式培训的健康教育模式可以有效提高患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of participatory training on self-care ability and quality of life for postoperative patients with breast cancer.Method Divide 80 patients with breast cancer into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to hospitalization order.Patients in control group receive routine health education model.Patients in observation group receive participatory training based on routine education model.Compare self-care ability and quality of life for patients in two groups by self-care ability scale and quality of life scale.Result Score on self-care ability after intervention is(114.7±13.4)in observation group and(84.2±10.6)in control group.The difference is significant(P〈0.05).Score on each dimension of quality of life scale is higher in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Health education model participatory training can improve patients’ self-care ability and quality of life effectively.
