摘要
针对既有纳米纤维离心纺丝机采集不方便、运行效率低、不能连续生产的缺陷,通过优化设计,改进了离心纺丝机的收集方式,增强了离心纺丝纺纱机的采集效果;增加了PLC自动控制系统,提高了纳米纤维离心纺丝纺纱机的自动化程度,实现了离心纺丝纺纱机的连续性生产.
The traditional nano-fibers centrifugal poor nano- centrifugal fibers collection an spinning machine d low running effic is improved and spinning iency. By the acq machine has a number of shortcoming optimizing the design, the collection uisition effect is enhanced. Also a s like of the PLC automatic control system is added to improve the automation degree of the nano fiber centrifugal spinning machine and realize the continuous production of the centrifugal spinning machine.
