“节能减排”任重道远

Long Way to Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

首先叙述了我国自"十一五"以来,特别是"十二五"期间,"节能减排"取得的显著成效,然后讨论了进入社会经济发展新常态后面临的问题与挑战,最后提点了"节能减排"的主要任务与要求,同时,必须结合国情在"控煤、减煤、提效"上下功夫。

This paper illustrated the remarkable results achieved in Energy-saving and emission reduction since the ＂Eleventh Five Year Plan＂,especially during the＂Tw elfth Five Year Plan＂in China firstly. On the basis,it presented the emerging problems and challenges at the new normal time. In the end,this paper listed the main task and requirement about ＂energy-saving emission reduction＂and proposed that it was necessary to focus on the coal control,coal subtraction and effect improving according to the national conditions.
